Offering competition at every skill level, from recreational, to high performance, to university, ringette seeks to develop athletes to their maximum potential, both on and off the ice.

Played with a ring and a straight stick while on skates, with five skaters plus a goalie per team on the ice at once.

The game is played three on three in the offensive/defensive zones, and players have thirty seconds to take a shot on net.

Ringette has been played since 1963, now with over 31,000 players every year across all 10 provinces and territories.
