If anyone has misplaced their QR code card, they can contact FUTURE STARS at info@future-stars-sp.com and our customer service department will provide them with their access code. They just need to email with their name, their player’s name, the league they play for, and mention that they have misplaced their QR code card and would like to view their images. We prefer email so that we have a record of who asks for access.
